1. This plan is handled by BOT, which can provide the company with stable income every year. The total estimated income for 35 years is about 15.5 billion.
2. In order to improve the investment efficiency of construction funds, the company team is committed to increasing the user connection rate. The connection rate in the first phase (Zhunan Town) has reached 94%
3. The construction of water resources center, the construction of pipe network system, the construction of user connection and the subsequent operation and maintenance are all operated by the company team. The company's team technology covers the entire life cycle of sewage sewer construction design and drawing.
4. In June 2020, the number of connected users was 30,223. The construction quality and performance were highly praised and affirmed by the Miaoli County Government.
5. The sewage treatment plant is operated by the company's employees, and the cost per ton of sewage treatment is about $3.62. The performance is outstanding
6. This project is the first in the country for the secondary settling tank to be designed for weekly inflow and outflow. The processing capacity is twice as high as that of the general radial flow sedimentation tank. It has been in operation since August 23, 2012. It has good performance and can be  widely promoted in the future.
